Okay, this nickname thing is completely out of hand. Lu-Lu??! I'm assuming that is the full given name. Can you imagine Lu-Lu applying to college? For a job? Receiving a Nobel Prize? I have an aunt who has been called Lulu most of her life, but her name is Louise. There are plenty of names beginning with "Lu" or that contain that sound, couldn't they have named her Lucy or Luna or Lucinda? I do see that Lulu is a legit Arabic name in the database, but I doubt that's what the parents were going for.
