It's usable. THey'd probably think of the model Gisele Bundchen, but I think of the ballet. I wouldn't use it because of the ballet association.
It's pretty, and I definitely think it's usable. I've met people with this name before, and it worked well for them.

Of course it's usable. I think it has a lovely sound to it and it's not as common as other -elle names.
It's ok sound-wise, but the meaning doesn't grab me... not a fave, but it could be used.
It sure is usable; I've met one, a young adult in Washington, US. I was surprised to see it, but it doesn't seem particularly bizarre or even remarkable.
Downside: If I was introduced to a baby Giselle, I have to admit I'd wonder if her dad was thinking of Giselle Bundchen (who I guess spells it Gisele, but w/e). And I do have some trouble remembering that it's a J sound at the front and not a G sound.
