Nina is fab, and I absolutely think it's complete on its own.
Penny, Bess, and Nina are so cute for sisters, and, though it is obviously shorter and simpler, I wouldn't elaborate on Nina to match Elisabeth and Penelope. A good bit of Nina's charm is in its simplicity.
Perhaps a more elaborate mn? I'm too tired to be creative, so I'm going to borrow from your PNL: Nina Mathilde, Nina Primrose, Nina Cecily, Nina Briseis, Nina Rosalie, Nina Melisande, or Nina Lillian.
