I kind of like it. I do think it's dated, but I like the association with Peter Pan. I've only ever met two Wendys, and they were both pleasant. One was a staff member at my after-school care when I was little, and one is the mother of a friend of mine.

Judging from the other posts, it seems like Wendy houses are what are called play houses here in the US, so I don't have that association at all.
