DH: Tobin Karl Hawkley (39)
Tobin is a tall man with wavy black hair and dark brown eyes. He is a legend in the Quidditch world, having set and broken numerous records from his days at Hogwarts and now captaining the English national team. Born into an old and noble wizarding family, Tobin’s parents were sorely disappointed when their son started seeing, and ultimately married, a woman whose father was a muggle.
DW: Charlotte Columba [Wray] Hawkley (39)
Charlotte works at Quality Quidditch Supplies in Diagon Alley. It was here that she first met Tobin, who had come to the shop in search of a new broom. It was love at first sight for Tobin, who had actually admired Charlotte from afar while the two were students at Hogwarts but had never actually worked up the courage to ask her on a date — Gryffindors and Slytherins weren’t supposed to be friends, after all. Charlotte needed more convincing, but she soon fell for the charming young man and the couple were married within a year (much to the chagrin of Tobin’s many adoring female fans).
DD: Cecilia Rhosyn Hawkley (17)
Cecilia is almost the spitting image of her mother, except that she has blue eyes. (For a while, no one knew where that trait came from, until Cecilia looked into her genealogy and found out that her great-great-great-great-great grandfather Caratacus had blue eyes also.) She is very popular at Hogwarts, due to her outgoing and friendly personality, and she always has a string of admirers trailing after her. After graduation, Cecilia has lined up a job at Flourish & Blotts in Diagon Alley, though she’d love to have her own bookstore someday.
DD: Ilona Margaux Hawkley (16)
Ilona always tended to stay in her older sister’s shadow, and indeed there is nothing terribly remarkable about her, except for her incredible thirst for knowledge. She absolutely eats up everything she’s taught at Hogwarts, and she always wants more. Her favorite class is History of Magic, and her ideal job is as an archivist in the Ministry of Magic. There’s a running joke at the school that no one knows what Ilona Hawkley really looks like, since her nose is always buried in a book.
DS: Craig Llewellyn Hawkley (15)
Craig is undoubtedly his father’s son: at just 15, he already stands over 6 feet tall and is the star Beater on Slytherin’s Quidditch team. Unfortunately, he seems not to have inherited his father’s temperament, as Craig is well known at Hogwarts for being a bully. He isn’t all brawn, though; he’s also very smart and could do very well academically if he chose to. But he usually finds that hitting the books isn’t nearly as much fun as hitting people, though his mother constantly reminds him that his grades and character will need to improve if he wants to pursue his dream of becoming an Auror.
DS: Niles Jasper Hawkley (14)
Along with his older brother, Niles finds great enjoyment in terrorizing Hogwarts students. He’s shorter than Craig, but brawnier, which makes him appear more intimidating, though he’s really just fourteen years old. Niles isn’t particularly bright, either (he once confused his broomstick with a regular old broom and couldn’t figure out why it wouldn’t fly), and tends to act as his brother’s lackey and do as he’s told. Despite his thuggish disposition, he’s quite sweet when it comes to his girlfriend, Violet, whom he’s been with since first year.
DS: Ellis Conrad Hawkley (12)
Unlike the rest of his family, Ellis always had a bit of problem keeping his weight down. The poor boy is terribly self-conscious about his appearance, and it certainly didn’t help when he discovered that his patronus was a hippopotamus. Perhaps to make up for what he thinks he’s lacking in looks, Ellis is always trying to make people laugh. He’s a regular customer at Zonko’s in Hogsmeade, and not a day goes by when he doesn’t pull a prank in class. But even though he’s a pain to his teachers, he’d love to become a Hogwarts professor someday, preferably for Transfiguration, which is his favorite class.
DS: Nathaniel Bryn Hawkley (11)
He’s only a first year, but Nathaniel is well on his way to becoming quite the charmer. He’s tall for his age and has adorable curly brown hair and the most piercing grey eyes you’ve ever seen. Not to mention he’s the Seeker on Hufflepuff’s Quidditch team. His parents warns him not to let the popularity go to his head, but it’s only natural for an eleven-year-old to feel a little cocky when his peers heap praise on him. Nathaniel wants to follow in his father’s footsteps and become a professional Quidditch player, and from the looks of it, that’s a definite possibility.
DD: Lena Ascella Hawkley (9)
Lena is the baby of the family and terribly envious of her brothers and sisters who get to board the train to Hogwarts every year. She’s the only one of the Hawkley children to inherit Tobin’s black hair, which makes her bright blue eyes stand out even more. She’s a very friendly, outgoing child, and even her brutish brothers Craig and Niles can’t help but coddle her. She thinks it’s fun when her father lets her accompany him on his broom from time to time, but she doesn’t particularly find Quidditch all that exciting. She’d much rather work at Honeydukes when she grows up, so she can have all the chocolate frogs she could ever want.
