The way I see it, Ally could be short for any Al- name. I don't think it's substantial enough on it's own to make a good full name. But there's gotta be *something* from the Al- names that you like, no?

I do like Alexandria, Alice, Alana and Alicia but not enough to use them. So I'm wondering if I should put something I just like on her birth certificate just because it's more formal or Ally which I love. Hmmmm.
