Either Sherry or the Fr. way... depending on the person, but as an actual name, I usually think of it as a nn for Cheryl and would go w/ Sherry.

I would pronounce it like Cher's name then then "ee" at the end.

I have a cousin with this nn, short for Cheramie. She pronounces it Sher-ee, acent on the Sher.

I work with a Cherie, and she prounces it "CHER-ee," like the fruit.

I really don't have a default pronunciation for this name. SHER-ee, she-REE, CHER-ee...none of them would surprise me, and I don't have a clue which is the most common or correct.
