Year 1: For our one year anniversary we took a vacation to the Grand Canyon.
Year 2: Soon after we got back from our vacation we found that we were expecting. In September we had our first child, a boy. We named him Everett Vaughn. Everett has my curly black hair and green eyes.
Year 3: This year Matt was promoted to head surgeon.
Year 4: Matt crashed the car and broke his hand. He won't be able to work for quite awhile.
Year 5: While not working and having his hand broken Matt was able to accomplish his dream of running a 5K.
Year 6: It's a good thing that Matt is completely healed and back to work because we have just expanded our family. Everett now has a baby sister named Victoria Tess. Tori has wavy blond hair and blue eyes.
Year 7: This year we had a fun trip to the zoo. Tori enjoyed looking at the animals and Everett loved it, especially the tigers.
Year 8: While visiting relatives Everett played with their chinchilla and loved it so for his birthday we got him his own chinchilla. He named it Woody after the character in Toy Story.
Year 9: We are so blessed to have welcomed identical twin boys into our family. The boys have straight blond hair and blue eyes just like Matt. They are named Gregory Paul and Parker Louis. So now our family consists of me and Matt and Everett who is 7, Tori who is 3, and newborn twins Greg and Parker.
Year 10: We don't know how it happened but somehow we were one in a very very few people in the world to naturally conceive quadruplets, and poor Tori is now far outnumbered as they are all boys. What happened was two eggs were fertilized making fraternal twins but then one egg split and then split again making 3 identical babies and one fraternal. Oliver Caleb, Vincent Henry, and Nicholas Roy all have wavy blond hair and hazel eyes. Payton Kendall has black curly hair and green eyes.
Year 11: It is a very stressful but happy time. A welcome accident has arrived and it is again a boy. Tori is getting tired of us bringing her brothers. But her straight red haired, hazel eyed brother Zachariah Michael is here.
Year 12: With such a crazy life our parents came together and decided that we needed a vacation. They sent us away for five days to Florida while the four of them stayed at our house with our kids.
Year 13: Parker fell off his bike and broke his arm. It really scared me but he was so brave.
Year 14: We finally saved up enough to take all the kids to 6 Flags. They loved it.
Year 15: This year we had a huge family reunion on my side. The kids got to meet a lot of relatives for the first time. People couldn't believe how many there were.
