I dont know about famous people, but yes, it does kind of sound like a combo name, but there's nothing wrong with that- i like Kassine(Kassandra and Nadine), Kalyxandra (Alexandra and Calyx) and Nickenzie (Nicole and Mackenzie). its different- and who can argue with that?
