General Rules: *** Please age everybody in your family 3 to 7 years (except for the new additions). ***
*** 1P Family Rules: *** Your eldest and their spouse had a child a few years back. The Prince(ss) must have at least 2 MNs. The FN/MNs must come from the series of three usages/ethnicities you were given in Round 7 for the spouse OR be names that honor 1P/King/DQ2/DK3/DQ3.
*** 2P Family Rules: *** Your second child has also married (you may chose the gender of the spouse). This time the Prince(ss) has chosen a Royal Prince(ss) from a neighboring Kingdom. Your will find the spouse listed on this board. You may chose any Prince(ss) from any other player’s list. (This will not be done like a Partner’s Congrats. You will just be adding the name to your family.) You will need to keep the age the same, and then adjust it the SAME 3 to 7 years from above. This family has also just recently welcomed a child into their lives! The Prince(ss) must have at least 2 MNs. The FN/MNs must honor both 2P’s and the spouse’s King or DQ2 or DK3 or DQ3 (both families must be represented/honored in the child’s name).
*** 3P Family Rules: *** Your third child has also married (you may chose the gender, age, and number of MNs of the spouse). All names are up to you. This time the 3P was a good child and married within the Kingdom, for the good of the Kingdom. While it is not true love, 3P does enjoy the spouse’s company, and the feeling is mutual. This marriage ties an industry that is important/vital to the Kingdom closer to the crown. It will also help provide revenue for the Royal family. In addition, it provides the Noble family closer ties to the Royal family, and all of the benefits that go with that. This marriage is just as important as the King’s marriage to the Queen, and almost as important as the heir’s marriage will be.
Writing Prompt: Since the Queen is through having children, how is the King’s and her relationship? Do they still share a bedchamber, or are they nothing more than polite neighbors in the same castle? Does the Queen have anything to do with her children, or does she leave the raising of them to others? What does she currently spend her time on? Does she have any pet projects?
1P’s relationship is currently they favorite gossip of the Kingdom. The people of the Kingdom love seeing their adored eldest Prince(ss) all grown up and in love. It helps that 1P and their spouse are constantly trying to do good and are not afraid of “getting their hands dirty” to do it. Of course, the twins are also providing a lot of talk. The people of the Kingdom weren’t sure that to make of 2P’s decision to marry outside of the Kingdom. Unfortunately, this opinion is mostly based upon 3P’s marriage to a Noble family within the Kingdom. It has been widely noted that the younger twin married for diplomacy while the elder seemed to shirk duty. However, 3P chose to be the one to marry out of duty, as s/he saw his/her twin had already fallen in love quite deeply. Also, the recent birth of 2P’s child coupled with the obvious deep love has softened the public image quite a bit within the Kingdom.
Overall, the King is happy that these are the biggest issue within his Kingdom. However, he still feels an uneasiness… there is something lurking just beyond the horizon and he can’t seem to catch more than a glimpse of the shadow of what it might be. The longer this continues, the more he fears for his Kingdom...
