[Opinions] Alyssa/Allison/Alexis
I would like some opinions on these names. I like/have always liked all 3 names to a certain degree. The one I am liking most at this time is Alyssa, I think it is prettier than Allison and flows better especially with our last name (Provancha, Pro-van-cha). I go back and forth on the nickname Allie, I like it but don't know if I would want to use it and have it stick and be used instead of Alyssa (or Allison).
Which of the following combos do you like best and which one would be best with sibling Claire Nicole Provancha? Any other middle name suggestions?
Alyssa Mae Provancha
Alyssa Maeve Provancha
Allison Mae Provancha
Allison Maeve Provancha
Alexis Mae Provancha
Alexis Maeve Provancha
Thanks for your honest opinions and ideas.

Allison goes better with sister Claire, but Alyssa goes well too.
Alyssa is my personal preference.
Alyssa goes better with Provancha, I agree.
[Firstname] Maeve Provancha doesn't really roll off the tongue like Mae does, but I think if you like Maeve more than you like Mae, it does have a little more spark and so you should use it.
Alexis is okay, but I really only like it with nn Alex. It's less graceful than Alyssa or Allison to me. Goes well with Provancha, though.
My pick: Alyssa Maeve Provancha
Most "matched" with CNP, imo: Allison Mae Provancha

I prefer Allison to Alyssa but I like your middle name options better with Alyssa than Allison.
So my votes goes to Alyssa Maeve. It's pretty.

I love Alexis.. but only as a mn.

I really don't care for any of the fn's, but I love Maeve, and I like Mae very much. I think all of the combos flow well and sound nice with your ln and your dd's name. If I had to pick one, I guess it would be Allison (you don't like Alice or Alexandra? :b), but if you love Alyssa, then go for it. :)

I like all three names to a certain degree. For one I prefer Allison spelled Alison. All three names can have the nn Allie, though I feel Allison would also be the mostly like to be shortened to Allie. With Alexis the nn-s Lexi and Alex could also be derived. Alyssa could also be nn Lyssa. All Allisons I have known have always seemed to just have the nn Allie / Ally.
I like Alexis Maeve the most. Theoretically any names go with siblings names. to me Alyssa, Allison and Alexis all go well with Claire as a sibling. Maybe with the mn Mae instead of Maeve, just because it seems more in the realms of a "normal" name rather than the less popular and known Maeve. In that case Alexis Mae is also very nice and maybe "go" with Claire Nicole more.

Alyssa Mae.
I like Allison Mae Provancha and Alexis Mae Provancha the best. Mae sounds better with Provancha than Maeve does imo. ______ Maeve Provancha sounds fine but it doesn't flow as well as Mae Provancha since Provancha and Maeve both have "v" sounds in them.

Thanks for the response. That is my thinking also. I think Maeve sounds okay with our last name but Mae does seem to flow better. How do you think Alyssa Mae sounds if we were to use it?
Alyssa Mae sounds nice to me.
I really love Alexis Mae! But if you prefere Alyssa, you should stick with it! ;)
Quick question; How do you pronounce Maeve?
Quick question; How do you pronounce Maeve?
Just like Mae with a "v" on the end. Rhymes with cave, Dave, gave, etc. Thanks for the response. I do like the sound of Alexis Mae, but Alexis isn't my favorite right now, but that could change. Is Alexie short for Alexis?
No, I'm french so Alexis is pronounced 'Alex-i' without the 's', so I just changed the spelling to make it more girly :P
