If you happen to be an Indian then this name might be derived from "Devta" in Hindi and Sanskrit which means deity.

It's hard to really prove, but Devotha is probably just a spelling variant of Devota, a name that has the same root as the English words "devoted" and "devout", with a religious undertone in the sense of "devoted to God".
