I prefer Lenora. Leonora feels a bit frilly and complicated compared to Lenora. I think Leo could still work as a nickname.

Lately I've been digging this spelling over Lenora. "o's" are quickly becoming my secret fetish. I just had to get over wanting to pronounce the first "o" in Leonora. Once I got that out of the way the gracefulness of the spelling easily took over.

I'd keep Leo as a boy's name / nn. But Nora certainly works well.

I adore it! It's been on my list for quite some time.
