That "Spanish: Beautiful and intelligent" information can indeed be found on several "Baby Names" websites.
I often met such dubious meanings together with languages like "Indian" (meaning American Indian, whether North or South American) where it's very hard or impossible to verify or refute the meaning.
But with Spanish, that's quite bold. Where so many people at hand know about it, and so much information about it can be found online...
Anyway, just a little bit about the name itself that might help: A check with Facebook shows that many people who write their given as "Jisha" seem to come from India.
