It's beautiful, and I really like the way you're pronouncing it.
I'm not much of a Charlotte fan; I'd much rather meet a little Carolina nn Lena than a Charlotte nn Lottie. I'd spell Carolina's nickname Lina rather than Lena because Carolina has Lina in it and it seems more logical to me, though.
