I used to be totally in love with Leo, but it wore off. I still really like it, and Leopold, Leonardo and Leonidas, but now I'm not so sold on Leo alone and I find the full names pretentious. I'm more inclined to name a cat Leo tbh. I think it's a great cat name! But yeah, great history, great sound, and yes, growing popularity, but not crazy. I think it will rise more, yes. I know one Leo who is two.
I don't really like D names. (I feel this is a character flaw.) Delphi I'm not really into. I don't think it's crazy; in fact, I think it's pretty on-trend with Sophie, and I even see it as being similar to Phoebe / Zoe / Chloe. So while Delphi might seem a little "out there", it's not like she's not going to be a Dorothy with peers like the afore mentioned Sophie and Phoebe. I can see Delphi gaining a little ground in popularity, but I would not worry about it at all. I'd probably use Delphine as the full name if I had to go with Delphi.
