I can't stand using just nicknames as first names. I really really dislike the practice and don't think that nicknames age well.
That said, here are some of my favorite nicknames and their corresponding full names.
Elisabeth "Ellie"
Beatrice "Bea"
Mary "Molly"
Margaret "Maggie" or "Meg"
Sarah "Sadie"
Ann or anything with Ann in it "Annie"
Benjamin or Bennett "Ben"
Joseph "Joey"
Robert "Robin" or "Robbie"
Henry "Harry"
ETA: Susannah "Sunny"
