I like it despite the fact that it doesn't fit in with most of the other names I like. Hailey is my preferred spelling, then Hayley. I have only ever met one, spelled Hailey, so I don't think it's actually very common at all in my area.

I would choose Hayley over Kayley any day. Hayley looks and sounds like a legitimate name to me, while Kayley appears made up and trendy.
