I love the spelling Hayley but for some reason I also dislike Hailey.
If I met a Hayley I would ask how you spell it but I would hop eit would be Hayley. I don't know any Hayley. I don't think it's common.
I would deffinatly choose Hayley over Kayley becuase I know so many Kayleys
