Océane is pretty. Odette and Odessa don't excite me, but I don't hate them either... I kinda like Desssa better than Dessie, but I'm not sure I'd be inclined to go the nn route w/ Odessa... I did meet an Odile from France last week. I quite like the name Oceana (prn'd O-shee-na w/ emphasis on 2nd syl). Guess there's not so much in the girls' name dept. starting w/ O though... I do know an Olga and an Orith though.
