[Facts] Cartha
I came across the name Cartha (m) when I watched a documentary about the FBI. A former deputy director of the FBI, was interviewed and his name was Cartha (Deloach, born in 1920).
Does anyone have any information about that name? Origin, meaning etc.

Hi, I met Cartha DeLoach after he had retired from the FBI. He was an executive with Pepsi Cola when I met him at his house in Greenwich,
Connecticut. I had attended the same Florida school that his son, Tom was attending. I don't think that he used his name Cartha much. I believe that he was commonly known as DEKE DeLoach.
