[Opinions] Re: Celeb BA: Jessica Alba welcomes second child..
Haven is way nicer than Honor. I approve. Honor Warren sounds terribly harsh IMO. Haven Warren doesn't flow very nicely and I never would have picked an -en name to go with a -en surname, but I guess it's not that big a deal. I don't think Haven sounds masculine at all. It's a feminine concept so I am not seeing how it could be masculine. Honor, on the other hand, does kinda. Reminds me of knights falling on their swords. And Honor sounds stuckup and chilly to me (and unfortunately too much like "on her"), but Haven sounds modest and kind.Garner has to be a surname from their family.

Yeah, I'm not getting the masculine thing, either. I knew a guy named Haven, but the few others I've met were female. It's a girls' name, as far as I'm concerned.

It is pretty funny.I called my dad and told him he was thirty years before his time. It's especially funny because my husband uses Xander as a nickname, another 'hip' name. I told him we could be toddlers to a hipster.
