I like Keturah better, it's pretty and unusual. Keziah sounds very masculine to me, just cause most -iah names I'm familiar with are.I really like the -h on the end without it ke-ZIE-uh becomes KEEZ-ee-uh to me. Ketura would be pronounced the same but it doesn't look as balanced. The h makes both ends of the name tall and more visually balanced imo.
