[Opinions] Eurydice
I think Eurydice (yoo-RID-uh-see, though the first syllable is more like a "yuh" than a "yoo") is a supremely beautiful name, and I naturally love its classical pedigree. What do you think?

I love Eurydice, although I prefer the Spanish/Portuguese form Eurídice (the previous president of Brazil's mother was named Eurídice).

I like the sound but I think it looks a little bit strange. Also I think a lot of people would pronounce it wrong (yuri-dice perhaps), although that's not a massive problem.
Eurydice Violet is my favourite of your suggestions.
I wouldn't use it as a first name, but it would make a nice middle name. That way the potential spelling and pronounciation problems aren't so bad.
