How do you pronounce it- ZIH-por-ah or zih-POR-ah, or even zih-PAWR-ah, or ZIH-pawr-ah? Do you think it needs a nickname, if so does Zora do it? WDYTO it? Thanks!

I'm inclined to pronounce it ZIH-por-rah. I don't think any name needs a nickname tbh, but I like Zippie for Zipporah, or Ora, not so much Zora, though it's ok.

zih-POR-ah / zih-PAWR-ah is how I would say it.
I like this spelling but I am always on the fence about if I like Tzipporah better...
I love Zora as a nick name for this!! I would have never thought of it, but it's nice!!!

zih-POR-ah / zih-PAWR-ah is how I would say it. It's not a bad name, unique but still established.

I LOVE Zora and would opt for that over Zipporah, but I could see it working as a nn for sure.

I adore Zipporah, as well as Tzipporah. It's really the only Z name I like, aside from the trendy but beautifully Greek Zoe. I'm pretty sure I pronounce it ZIH-por-ah, although I haven't figured out which one I prefer either. Zora would make a fine nickname; I would use Zippy myself, just because it seems more natural to me. It's like Vera being a nickname for Veronica; I use the nickname Ronnie as it feels a little more instinctive to me.

Awh, yay! Love for Zipporah. And yeah, I'm having a hard time deciding whether I like 'ZIP-or-ah' or 'zih-PAWR-ah' better haha.
