Background: Hi, my name is Alex! My wife Julia and I live in Mexico. There, Julia teaches elementary school and I act. This is our first year of marriage. We both grew up in the United States and met on a mission trip to Mexico. Once we got married we decided to go back to Mexico and live there, so here we are!
Year 1
It's been a sad year, especially for Julia, as her only sibling passed away. Her sister, Elisabeth, got hit by a drunk driver and did not servive the crash. We traveled to Virginia, where she had lived, for the funeral. Elisabeth's husband, Miles, was devastated and he was left with their 2 month old daughter, Claudia. Miles and Claudia now live in the same neighborhood as us in Mexico, so now they're less lonly.

Year 2
This year, Julia persuades me into adopting. From Thailand, we adopt identical twin girls with tan skin, black hair and brown eyes. They are 3 years old, and we called them Evelyn Elisabeth (after Julia's sister) and Anneliese Julia (after Julia). Miles was thrilled to see we named our daughter after his wife, and Claudia must be happy to have some playmates. Both girls are very outgoing, though Evelyn's more girly and Anneliese is more of a tomboy. She loves soccer already, and Evelyn is intrested in dance. They love to play dress up and usually they play "Family". Evelyn's always the mom and Anneliese is always the dad.

Year 3
We had such a great experiance adopting, we decided to adopt another one. This time a boy from the U.S. Jack Benjamin is a 5 year old boy. He's very, very shy and pretty sensitive. He loves dinosaurs and painting. He's very smart and can't wait for the upcoming school year. It took a while for him to get used to Evelyn and Anneliese's loudness, but he's alright now. Jack has blonde hair and brown eyes.

Year 4
This year there was an earthquake. It wasn't a huge one, some cars were ruined, trees uprooted, and very weak buildings fell. We're very thankful that our family, friends and reletives we know in Mexico are all safe!

Year 5
We adopted again! This time we decided on an older child. A 14 year old girl named Anong Pakpao. Anong is not shy at all and has longed her whole life to be adopted. She is very lovable and a friend to all. She loves adventure and her favorite subject in shcool is history. She wanted to fit in, so she prefers to be called Annie. Anong is a beautiful girl, with tan skin, dark brown hair and hazel eyes.

Year 6
We took our first vacation as a family this year! Upon Annie's request, we went to Japan! All the children enjoyed is so very much, including Julia!

Another pet! Except this time a lot bigger than a fish! A horse! Annie got to name it again and she named it Jupiter since Callisto is one of Jupiter's moons. Jack and Anneliese both take riding lessons, while Evelyn prefers to be a little less hands on and read about horse care.

We decided to add just one more to our family. On April 6, Julia gave birth to our only biological child, a girl. She is a beauty with wavy, red hair and green eyes. We named her Jane Felicity. Felicity because we were so happy to get a biological daughter at last and she was good luck.

18 Years Later
After Jane was born, we lived a very happy life, watching all our lovely children grow before our eyes. We had a happy marriage. All our children got married and we currently have 18 grandchildren with one on the way! We have a bunch of handsome, wonderful son-in-laws, and one lovely daughter-in-law. How happy could one couple be?
