[Facts] Thylane
I'm wondering about the origin of the name Thylane, as in French model Thylane Léna-Rose Blondeau. Does anyone know anything about this name?

I looked it up and it seems to be a French version of a Vietnamese name, Thy or Thuy Lan, which according to the meanings given in this database, would mean 'gentle orchid'. It's only been used in France since 2001. The child model is the daughter of a French TV presenter, and it looks like she was the originator of its use in France, as that's when the child was born.
