I do think it will rise considerably over the next ten years. Even putting the celebrity endorsement from the Jolie-Pitts aside, Vivien and its nicknames are similar in sound and feel to Lillian, Olivia, Evelyn, and their nicknames, so I can see Vivien riding up the charts on their coat tails as parents look for something reminiscent of the three but less popular.

For what it's worth, I love the name and I was also dismayed when Brangelina used Vivienne. Vivien is my favorite spelling followed by Vivian and, distantly, Vivienne.
