Adelia was exhausted to have so many children so quickly. She was ordered to spend most of her time in bed, though she disliked being able to be with her family. King Lucian was left to deal with the problems with the crops. Since, Dellorne is a merchant nation, the bad crops were not such a problem. However, poor harvests in other nations made it difficult for the people of Dellorne to get grain, as they usually bought it from other, more agricultural nations.
The whole kingdom was overjoyed when Adelia gave birth to two twin girls, Sarissa and Marina. Sarissa's name is a more elaborate form of the common name Sarah. And her middle name honors her mother, who was popular with the commoners. Marina's name honors the maritime tendencies of her country. Her middle name is a common name as well.
The trouble with Duke Erik seems to be minimal as of now. However, Erik is a crafty man, and could easily be orchestrating an overthrow or quietly looking for support. Adelia is glad to have only one son, so Erik may not see her daughters as threat if he decides to attack.
