I think it looks gorgeous, and I like the sound as well. I also think that it is a good choice because it's unusual but isn't impossible to pronounce, in fact I think the pronounciation is quite intuitive.

I used to love Adrasteia (with the ad-rah-STAY-uh pronunciation), however it came to my attention that the correct pronunciation might actually be ad-rah-STIE-uh, which makes it a bit more of a mouthful. Still, it's a guilty pleasure.

It's not really my style. It feels too sci-fi princessy. And for some reason I'm associating it with celestial bodies. Is there a star by that name or something?

I've never heard it, but for some reason I want to say ah-DRAS-tee-ah with a Russian accent. :o) Weird instinct, I know. I don't think I like it.

I like it, but I find it a tad complicated. One of my favorite names is Aristea. Very similar but a little 'lighter'

I keep wanting to make it Andraste ("an-DRAS-tee"). But once I govern my wayward tongue who keeps wanting to put an "n" sound near the beginning, I find Adrasteia to be gorgeous. I've never come across it before but it's going on my long list. Thanks for the find!

Adrasteia is playing around in my head. I'm envisioning the strength of Adriana blending with the lighter than air quality of Astraia / Astraea. Neato.
