I don't like Lennox. It reminds me a lot of lummox, and it's too celeb-trendy-style, especially with nn Nox. Also, it reminds me of Lenox china, which makes it sound pretentious. I think Lennon is better. Doesn't really need a nickname, but Len is okay.
