I'm not a fan of Georgette. I think the -ette is a bit too dated. Georgia or Georgianna are nicer, in my opinion.
Vivienne is pretty and elegant.
I love Cordelia! I think it's completely usable and I would consider it for my own daughter. Plus, you can use a nickname like Cora if the full name is too formal.
Josephine has plenty of nickname options- Jo, Joey, Josie, Posy, Fee, Fina, etc. I don't think she'd automatically be called Joey. I think most people would go for Josie first, actually.
