1. Schuyler. It looks better than the others.
2. Schulyer looks feminine; Skyler/Skylar look masculine.
3. If it does, you can always correct them. It's not that hard of a name for people to get the hang of.
4. I think you could still use Sky for Schuyler. Not every nickname matches the first name perfectly (Margaret = Peggy, for example.)
5. I know a couple of grade-school kids named Skyler/Skylar. Not too many, but they are out there.
