Frankly, I think using the names of well-known goddesses, gods, and mythological figures on real people usually sounds ridiculous. For one, those are big names to carry. Secondly, the names are too strongly associated with the original figures. Finally -- though this isn't really an issue with Artemis -- they often sound silly on a modern person (at least to me). I saw an advertisement on television with a woman named Aphrodite Jones a few months ago and I giggled when I heard her name.
I feel the same way about the name Jesus: I know it's a common naming practice in Hispanic countries, but it just sounds weird to me.
The exception is if the name has already been in common use and is less associated with the deity. Perhaps you like Diana, the Roman counterpart of Artemis?
If I were to use a mythological name, I would go for something more low-key and less-known, like...
