I love Zimri! It's such a sprightly, strange little name.

I like it quite a bit. It's interesting, not as obviously Biblical as and much more interesting than offerings like Zebedee etc, and I think it just has a certain charm to it. I'm not sure about Zayev, though.

I love it. I have a second cousin, Shea, who has a son named Zimri. He is Zimri Matthias Padraig and they always get compliments on his name (his sisters are Tova and Selah if you're interested)

Zimri is an under-appreciated gem of a name, and I don't think you can get much spunkier than Zim, which I like as a nickname for it.

I like the way Zayev sounds assuming it's ZIE-yev or zie-YEV, but I prefer Zimri.
