I guess I'll go with Sibylla, since it makes me think of Sibelius.
If you gave me the option, I'd say Sibel (si-BEL), which sounds/looks similar but isn't related.

The Sibelius resemblance is neat. I never thought of that.
If Sibel isn't related, where does it comes from? Is it a variant of Isabel? Just curious.
And on a side note, if you like the sound of Sibel, you might like the French pronunciation of Cybele, which is virtually the same. It's pronounced, "SIB-uh-lee" in English (and Greek?). But the French "si-BEL" is beautiful too. I've toyed with Marie-Cybele as a combo because it sounds like "Mary so beautiful." I'll have to play around with Sibel now. Thanks!

I've never thought of Cybele. The Cy- looks really masculine to me, so I'd have to let that one sink in. Mary Cybele is very sweet.
Sibel is a Turkish name. I heard it on the name of a Dr. in a PBS commercial. It's in the submitted names:

The only good Sibel combo I've come up with, not that I've tried very hard, is Sibel Channary. But I'm also not digging it at the moment. Maybe I should make some new ones!
