Simon is an Oxford graduate who has just qualified as a lawyer. He met Amy, a history teacher, at a party. They married after a year and have just had a son, Adam Lucas, who weighed 7lb at birth. It's quite early to tell but it looks like he has Simon's blue eyes and Amy's dark hair. Simon and Amy hope he will be joined by a new brother or sister shortly.
