What do you think about Hawaiian names? What are some of your favorites?

I LOVE Hawaiian names (and everything else about Hawaii!). I like traditional and classic names, but I also like names from other countries. Noelani is my favorite Hawaiian names. They have pretty meanings, too, although I usually don't look at the meaning of a name. Noelani means “heavenly mist” from the Hawaiian words “noe” (mist) and “lani” (sky, heaven).

Noelani Melika Kalani
Kalea Iolana Malie
Elikapeka Lani Mele

My faves are: Iolani, Leilani and Noelani

My favourite Hawaiian names are those ending in -lani: Leilani, Kailani, Noelani, Nalani. Lovely!

(I'm surprised Kailani isn't in the database.)

Very fun names! I like enjoy the sound of a lot of Hawaiian names. My favorite: Makaio!

I like Leilani, Noelani, and Malia the best out of the Hawaiian names. I like some others too, but these stick out the most.
