~*~
Daisy and
Nat love their little daughter. Rosie--as they've started calling
Martha, after they realized her hair was a reddish shade--is a "daddy's girl." She's always been charmed by the sound of
Nat's violin, which he plays for her every night as she goes to sleep. Both parents feel that she will become quite the young musician herself. Her fingers are already long and thin, perfect for an aspiring musician.
Nat is always rocking the little baby, playing his violin for her, crooning, playing with her hands. He dotes upon his first-born baby. It was his idea to call her
Rosie when he noticed her hair had a reddish tint.
Daisy has made many little outfits for their darling daughter. She seems to be always busy crocheting or knitting something for
Rosie if she's not caring for the baby or doing housework.
When they found out that
Daisy was pregnant, the whole family was excited, overjoyed. The first grand-baby for
Meg!
