You know I hate the name Stephanie, it's sooo 80's! But Stephania seems so much more modern for some reason.

I like it. It sounds very sophisticated. Stephanie is a respectable name, but I've met a bunch of people around my age named Stephanie. I don't think it's quite ripe for revival. I'd rather encounter Stephania. I like Stephania in full, but I don't mind Steph and Stephie. I prefer Ani as a nickname for Stephania, though.

You may want to consider spelling it Stefania. Stephania might be confused with Stephanie at first glance. That seems less likely to happen if you go with Stefania.

I like Stephania better than Stephanie. I would NOT use a nickname. I don't like Steph, Stevie, etc. at ALL.

I prefer Stefania. Although I like nickname of Stevie, prefer it on it's own
