But Luke is a name on its own, too. So it doesn't need Lucas. So you can disregard him! And I wouldn't blame you, I also dislike Lucas.

I can't stand Lucas, but I don't think about it because Luke is fully its own name.

Ah...you learn something new every day!

The reason I hate Lucas is because I went to school with a very creepy one. His favorite pastime was capturing flies and pulling their wings off. But he never went by Luke, so Luke is still handsome and youthful to me, like Luke Skywalker.
