Jules
I believe Jules is a full name in French for a boy. I know it's used as a nn for Julia. But that's a recent occurrance. It has a much longer history as a boy's full name. It can stand on its own very well.
For the rest of your names, perhaps I could find a different formal name that you might like better:
Addie: Madeline
Evie: Genevieve, Geneva
Izzy: Isolde
Lonnie: Alani (Hawaiian girl's name that means orange tree. It could sort of honor any Alans in your family tree at the same time.)
Nika: Veronica
Rosie: Rosaleen
Josie: Jocelyn
Ally: Alani
