Emmeline - I don't really like Emmy
Peter - Pete just sounds . . ew
Sebastian - I'm not too fond of Bastian, but it could grow on me
Cecilia / Cecily - I wouldn't want to use Ceci or Cici
Arabella - if she was called Bella, people would probably assume her name is Isabella, so I'd prefer Ari or something like that
Abigail - I think the full name just sounds so much nicer than Abby
I'm fine with some nicknames, just not these. There are probably more that I can't think of right now.
