I really like Flor. I have it on my list of future middle names, as one of my grandmother's surnames was Flores, so it would be a good way of honoring her.

I just think of the floor, like the ground. Not too sure if this one is usable. I wouldn't want to be named Flor

I'm guessing this might be related to Flora or Fleur? When I read it, I did think flowers, not hardwood. I prefer either Flora or Fleur to this because it looks incomplete to me.
Most of the names on your PNL are not ones I'm familiar with, so I'm not likely to be much help, but I do think Mina Fleur has some charm. I might could get used to Mina Flor. Fleur Mariam and Mariam Fleur or Flor are also nice, I think.
As an aside, I also like the name Laure which is similar in sound. Laure Amelia, Laure Mariam, Mariam Laure?
Hope this sparks some ideas for you. :)
