Is Talitha too close to Lolita? absolutely not. I would not think Lolita at all if I saw Talitha
Is Annabel getting too common? Will people usually spell it Annabelle? How would you assume it was spelled?
I like both spellings & wouldn't assume either way. I don't think it is too popular. Annabel is spunkier & more outgoing to me, and Annabelle is softer, gentler, more Southern.
Do you pronounce Annabel and Annabelle the same?
I do pronounce them the same with the emphasis on the Ann
