i didn't want to say and shouldn't have said down market or lower class (hate the class thing in the UK) but couldn't think how to say it. Maybe trendy. It's just the kind of name shouted with Demi-Lee and Chardonnay down at the supermarket.
And with my other son's names being popular (Aidan and Finn) am trying to avoid overly popular or trendy names.
