Noah is a 28 year old writer from Surrey. Cate grew up down the street from his family and their parents were good friends. Cate, who is now a doctor, was visiting her parents and Noah and Cate got to talking, renewing their childhood friendship. After a few weeks, it was clear that their relationship was progressing beyond old friends, and eight months later, Noah proposed. They were married last month at the neighborhood church.

Very close to their fifth wedding anniversary, Noah and Cate found out they were pregnant! They had been trying for a few years and were very excited to welcome their firstborn child, a boy with Cate's wavy dark brown hair whom they named Henry.

Just after Harry was born, Cate and Noah decided they would like to give a home to children in need and started paperwork to adopt a girl from Australia. However, evidence turned up that the girl was actually older than she said she was and would be turning 18 before the adoption could be finalized. She also admitted that she was pregnant. Since Noah and Cate would not be able to adopt her, they agreed to adopt her child so she would be able to attend school on a scholarship the Pearsons helped fund. She gave birth to twins four months ago, and Ben and Miri joined the family after the paperwork was finalized. They have blonde hair and bright blue eyes, and are lively and active infants. Harry is still quite young, but thankfully Noah finished up his degree just after he was born and is back at home taking care of all three babies.

Grief has struck the Pearson family. At only five months old, baby Lucas passed away. Cate and Noah were devastated and sadness has descended on the home. Molly and Jack have been extremely helpful, cooking and staying with the family. Mr and Mrs Gossett and Mr and Mrs Pearson have also been around very frequently.
