[Opinions] Guinevere
How do you think this would work for a modern girl? What do you think of Guinevere Grace?

Guinevere is a lovely, magical name. However, Grace has become completely overused, so unless you're set on using "Gigi" as a nickname, ditch Grace. My usual combo for this name is Guinevere Eleanor / Guinevere Elinor.

I WANT to like it more that I actually do - Mostly because I LOVE the nn possibilities of Guin and Vera (and Eve is you wanted to tease that out of it). I think it is a bit over-the-top Arthurian but not so much to make it unusable. I have names on my list that are OTT that I'd still happily use. I'm not crazy about alliteration with the letter 'G' and to me Grace always seem really fillerish as a MN so not all that fond of the combo.

I think it would work. Guinevere is a beautiful name. If there are a decent number of girls named Gwendolyn, why not Guinevere? I've never been too keen on Grace, and I dislike how popular it is both as a first name and as a middle name. Considering that Guinevere isn't a popular name, I think a common middle name would be okay, however.

Yeah, I think Guinevere would work perfectly well on a modern girl, especially if she went by Guin or Gwen. Even though I normally hate Grace as a mn because it's so fillerish, Guinevere Grace is actually pretty cool. Maybe its the alliteration I like.

I love it! I think it's borderline with how much it forces a singular association vs. how it's not a big deal despite the association. My only issue with names like that is what if the child grows up to not like or admire the obvious, if unintended namesake? This is why I'm on the fence with naming your kid something like Arwen, too.Anyway, Guinevere Grace is lovely.

I think Guinevere is lovely and can work in modern times. Guinevere Lucy, Guinevere Kate, Guinevere Tess and Anne Guinevere are combos I have.I think Guinevere Grace is nice. I tend to enjoy alliteration and I like both of these names.

I love Guinevere, and I think it would work very well for a modern girl. I usually like alliteration, but not with the letter G.

I love Guinivere, but I'm not crazy about Grace. The flow is nice though, and I think it's definitely usable with the nn Guin/Gwen.
