A few months ago, Wil passed away unexpectedly after suffering a major heart attack. Bekah was devastated, and is still trying to put her life back together.
Catie and Henry's kids are growing up fast--Brian is already in middle school!
Darcy and Toni's little girls are also growing up--Annie and Mandy are nine already. Three years ago, Darcy and Toni decided that they wanted to look into adopting a child who needed a loving family. Two years ago, they welcomed Addy into the family. Last year, they welcomed Leila into the family. Addy is now seven, and she is wild and rambunctious and fits in well with Annie and Mandy. Leila is four, and she's pretty quiet, but the other girls are slowly pulling her out of her shell.
Annie and Bob were married in a simple ceremony two years ago. Despite their large age difference, the two of them are happy--and Kira is glad that she has a daddy!
Violet and Erik have been a little overwhelmed raising their children--in addition to Kata, Jan, Liza, and Andy--Julia joined the family last year.
Two years ago, Eli met Faith. Faith is a spunky young woman who grabs life by the horns and lives day-to-day. She also has cystic fibrosis. Eli learned a lot from Faith in a short amount of time. The two of them are planning to get married in three months. Faith's cystic fibrosis is stable for now, but she expects to need a lung transplant within the next five or six years.
Addie and Ed are getting on well. They have been married for three and a half years now, and just had their first child, Isaac. Addie is upset that Isaac will never get to meet her adoptive father, Wil. Isaac is a healthy baby, though, and Addie considers him a gift.
Denver, now 21, moved out to California when he was 18. He spent two years in obscurity and just recently has been landing small roles in television advertisements. He has also played guest roles in two or three television series, but hasn't hit his big break yet. Denver is pretty popular with the ladies, but hasn't found a girl to settle down with yet--not that he wants to settle down.
