Anneliese is the only spelling I can tolerate of this name. All the others look incorrect to me. That said I don't really like Anneliese. It's not my style. It just seems too frilly and girly to me.

It's nice, but I prefer Anneliese.

I love this name spelled Anneliese.

I adore Anneliese spelt this way (and I'm pretty sure thats the original, but don't take my word for it). Very spunky and girly. Love it.

I also like the Annelise spelling, seems a bit more straight forward. But I find Annaliese & Annalise rather unfortunate as all I see is anal. Not quite as unfortunate as Analise or Analiese though.

Annaliese is sophisticated and beautiful, without any pretensions whatsoever. I'm quite fond of its as a name.

Where I live Anneliese is the more common / original name and therefore my preferred spelling (I guess Annaliese and Anneliese are pronounced the same by English speakers? I pronounce them slightly differently which is why it's more than a spelling variant to me). I'm just used to Anneliese, so it looks 'right' I guess.

Anneliese or Annelies are my preferred spellings. I think the name is quite pretty.

A friend of mind used Annalise for her daughter, so it's what I'm used to. I LOVE Anna, but I've never been a fan of the 'liese' part of the name. Annaliese is probably my favourite spelling, it looks more complete to me. I'm not sure what the original spelling is, maybe Anneliese?
